The Florida Birth Defects Registry is the only data source in Florida where demographic, clinical, maternal and child health information is combined for analysis and reporting on the occurrence of birth defects. We understand the importance of developing evidence based, data driven policies and research initiatives. If you are interested in using FBDR data please email completed 1)Data Use Agreement form and 2)Data Request Instructions to FBDR@FLHealth.gov with a copy of approved Vital Records Data Use Agreement and approval from the Agency for Health Care Administration.
